Parent Helpers Welcome! We welcome parent helpers for our Pre-K - Grade 5 classes. Please remember that our highest priority is keeping our children safe and in order to volunteer in our Faith Formation program, all volunteers must have completed the Safe Environment training and submit a background check. The instructions to complete the online Safe Environment training are attached here. Additionally, the background check form is attached here, and once completed, can be sent to our C.A.S.E. Coordinator, Jessamyn Magri at the PAC (it can be placed in a sealed envelope and dropped in the collection basket at Mass, dropped off in the secured lock box on the wall just inside the PAC door, or mailed to Jessamyn's attention at the PAC - 95 N. Main St, Canandaigua NY 14424). If you have any questions, please contact our C.A.S.E. Coordinator, Jessamyn Magri, at [email protected]
Any student wishing to participate in Sacramental Prep (Confirmation, First Penance, and/or First Eucharist) MUST be registered for and participate in Faith Formation or Youth Ministry for the entire 2022-2023 year unless they are enrolled in Catholic school.
